Proverbs 24:26
He who gives a right answer kisses the lips.

Honesty provides a clear roadmap to resolving conflicts. Honesty meets an important emotional need. Dishonesty is offensive.

People lie to protect. People lie to look good. People lie to avoid trouble. People lie out of compulsion.

Proverbs 28:18
Whoever walks blamelessly will be saved,
But he who is perverse in his ways will suddenly fall.

Ephesians 4:15
but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ—

Have a policy of radical honesty and a policy of joint agreement.
