Releasing The Glory In You

Almost 400 times, the Bible says that God has great glory.

1) God has given glory to all His creation.

Psalm 19:1
The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament shows His handiwork.

2) All creation is to manifest the glory it contains.

Matthew 5:14-16
“You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

3) Man is the ultimate display of God's glory.

2 Corinthians 3:18
But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.

4) Glory is released by hard work.

Ecclesiastes 9:10
Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work or device or knowledge or wisdom in the grave where you are going.

5) Glory is seldom revealed without overcoming a problem or an obstacle.

John 11:4
When Jesus heard that, He said, “This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God may be glorified through it.”

6) Just as Jesus did, our whole goal in life is to pursue our "moment of glory".

John 12:23
But Jesus answered them, saying, “The hour has come that the Son of Man should be glorified.
